I have pretty much came to this location every morning for the last 2 years, yes I have a coffee habit! Every morning whoever is working greets me with my name and a big hello, my hubby and I are moving down South and I am so sad to leave because my local Starbucks and the employees there have made me feel welcomed and my coffee is always on point or if I don’t like it they will fix it right away no attitude just great customer service all the way around. I pray the next location I live next to will be just as great as this one!!
All the staff here has great customer service and you all will be missed! See what I’m taking about I am going to drive from Kent to Redmond just to see this crew of amazing people!!

We had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. It is close to home and we walk here all the time. I placed an order using the @Starbucks app. Walked to store and was greeted by this sign which required we have a car to pick up our order. We chose to walk through the drive through and were shouted at by #starbucks employee because we didn’t have car. I told her we didn’t have one and tried to knock on and open the door which she obviously ignored l. She brought our food out but I wasn’t sure she’d spat in it so I refused to accept it. She wouldn’t give us her name and told her she was a supervisor. All this went down around 3.30pm on 10/30/2021. I called the store manager “Josh” who was not in store and told to use the 1800 number to complain. Where in the Starbucks app does it say I need to have a car to order? Also what gives with the unrequited rude behavior Starbucks. We met another homeless man outside the store who looked like he’d gotten the same treatment earlier.

Management thought it was somehow okay to make fun of a customer who was gender diverse after softly correcting them on their pronouns. I will never be returning to this Starbucks as the senior staff are rude about anything and extremely insensitive.
I truly hope that corporat gets word of this and send management to sensitivity training.

Their app told me that iced drinks were half off on Tuesday, but when I got there, they hadn't heard of the special. It took a while to explain it to them, and they still didn't trust me until they scanned my app. Then they explained that my drink would take five minutes to make, and asked me to pull through the drive through again. I went back there and the line was way too long, so I left, instead. I tried to call them to cancel my order, but they kept trying to upsell me instead. I had to tell them to cancel the order four times before they finally listened. I still do not know if they successfully cancelled my order or not.

You visit one they're all pretty much the same. This one though seems to have bad traffic flow and ppl want to turn in the first parking lot area only to realize the line that wrapped around the cars and get stuck. They close super early which is annoying. But, the orders are correct and coffee tastes like every location you visit. 4 stars for the terrible lane of traffic flow.

It's official, I've been coming to this Starbucks 3+ times a week for over 3 years and they are wonderful! Sam is by far the kindest barista ever. There are several other staff that I could rave about as well, but he always stands out to me. Customer service is great, the location is always clean, and they've only ever gotten my order wrong maybe 2 times in 3 years?
I love this location and will continue to drive from Kirkland to see them. Keep up the great work everyone!

I had been working in Redmond for over 3yrs and had been to this Starbucks almost every week. This place start to frustrated me, I order Americano and they gave me drip coffee that taste like water. Many times I asked for some cream in the coffee and when I got to work, It's black coffee only. One time I had a bad day, so I went back there and let them have it. I avoid going to this place. The reason for writing this review, The same thing happen today drip coffee and it's Friday.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks. The workers work their tails off to keep up. Starbucks should really open another location in Redmond (nearby) to take some pressure off.
