I ordered nacho fries and sadly got half a cup full of fries after waiting over 15 minutes in the drive thru. I was frustrated because I had already left and noticed later on. I took a picture for proof if needed and called back and the manager was SO nice on the phone. I really appreciated that they filled a new cup for me when I just asked for a half full one to complete my half cup 😂
Anyway, thank you for doing that for me.
However I am never really pleased with the service in the drive thru unless it is morning. Have a good day!

This place is rarely open. I did the drive thru on a Thursday before 5:00 p.m. got a Taco, burrito Craver pack and a Baja blast large Mountain Dew. Order was very quick, delicious food. This is the first and hopefully it's a sign of the times for this place. There has needed to be some change!!!

Love the food. But there is a staffing shortage. Be prepared to wait around an hour for your food during busy times 😔

Took my young granddaughter to taco bell in Redmond today for lunch, one of her favorite places. No waiting & service was good ( we got there after the lunch crunch was over). It was quiet, only us...enjoyed our lunch!
