I called before I came in to the store and asked if they had the birthday cake drink. I got there she took my order and 5 minutes later she said they don’t have the sprinkles and the mix for the birthday cake drink . I understand mistakes are made but I did call before and Drove over there. Every time I go they are always missing something very disappointed

Maybe my worst Jamba Juice experience. Came in on a Sunday for an açaí bowl. Was told they had no blueberries. I was surprised but went with it. Asked to add peanut butter since they didn’t have them but no peanut butter either. Shocking. I wasn’t asked if I wanted another type of butter but had to ask. Otherwise the experience was good. The food tasted good. Place is clean.

Well if your chosing Jamba Juice over Juice it up your a fool. The "Berry UpBeet" taste like a defrosted popsicle. I wanted fresh beet juice but was told they dont carry raw beets. Also wanted fresh OJ but the machine was broken (not anyones fault just letting anyone know if your heading there for that its not available). The biggest problem besides the horrible smoothie was the sides I ordered (check out pic). When I asked if they could at least fill the containers I was told that these were the portions that they provide...basically the answer was NO. 75 cents for a half of a tea spoon of coconut hmm. Dont waste your time or money.

I was really disappointed at receiving my order one of my bowls didnt have five of the ingredients it said it came with when I called the store they said its blended in?!? Um.. No it's missing completely,these things aren't cheap and this is the second time.Yikes!!! Won't eat a jumba juice in San Bernardino again..

WORST Jamba juice I’ve ever been to. After entering the store and waiting in line, I was told that they’re only taking online orders. Website took my order and charged my card. The girls took the machine apart for the juices and didn’t want to put it back to make my juice. I asked for refund and she refused, saying “I’m not authorized to do that and I cannot control the website either that took your order” I left my number at the store for the manager to call me back. What a waste for 40 minutes. Never going back there especially after reading every one else’s reviews.

Terrible service. I don't appreciate being yelled at and made to feel anxious. One person literally left crying, while they were busy, correcting people in a very negative way. There are better ways of handling situations. This was an example of how NOT too. I used to go a few times a week, but after this never again. STRONGLY. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Less then one star. Also, CLEAN YOUR STORE. Dirty, Dirty. It looks messy in the waiting area.
