Went tuesday evening after going the cinema and the wait seemed to take ages even tho it wasnt tht busy.
We went around 7.30pm and they was cleaning so can never tell if your still welcome to sit in or have to take and go.
Staff are always lovely and polite, despite being rushed off their feet. When I make online orders and I call to make amendments to my order they are always done. Food, albeit is McDonald’s so hardly Michelin quality but always nice and hot. Restaurant is always clean and being kept on top of. Thank you :)
Waiting for the food 15 min,the food came cold ,they wanted to swap the food so another time waiting,the attitude of the manager was very poorly ,not professional at all,I will avoid this restaurant, and go to the other two in Redditch but definitely not this one in Kingsfisher
Redditch Oakenshaw, tell you what if I couldn't read the difference between vanilla and banana I would give up my job. Especially if I was the manager of the store. Always a let down whenever visited.
