Gonna have to give it up for Jordan yesterday. I called before going in, and he was very helpful, very cordial, and very polite.
I've worked at Jack in the Box, and I've visited there too. Not many people are "happy" to be there, but when you come across one, the interaction is very pleasant and leaves a good memory in your mind.
Thank you, Jordan for your outstanding service yesterday. That Buttery Jack was absolutely killer!

I'm starting out with the negative unfortunately. 23 minutes in the drive-thru. A little long when you only get 30 minutes for lunch. The good. The burger and fries where fresh and it looked good. Not just slapped together.

It would really be nice if people would take the time to take pride in their job and there were base it makes me nervous to see how these people nowadays work ethics are it seems like they just barely goodbye because of California's minimum wage nobody wants to go out of their way and do anything including sir fast food which is better than a buck nothing an hour

I please with the owner of this jack and box. Please give your employees 3,000 each there's only two women working tonight and dealing with so many dasher food and regular customers food. Please consider your employees mental health. There such hard workers.

My friends took me through the drive-thru and they always bring their dog maryjaine who loves ❤ the guy there that spoils her as she orders her cheese burger 🍔 and extra love. The food is fresh and delicious 😋 it's worth going here. Staff is always friendly. 👌 thanks for the great experience ya'll.

The wait was awful. I ordered inside and waited about 30 minutes for my food. I don't know if they were short staffed or just focused on serving the drive-thru customers. There were other people inside waiting for their food too and one person was waiting for almost 15 minutes to order food and ended up walking out. I will not return to this place ever again.

Usually very hot food. This time my fries were cold. Always expect a long wait, even when there seems to be no one online.

This location is always rough. The staff are friendly and the food is like it is at any Jack in the Box but it always seems to be very slow and the staff disorganized.
The most recent example was that I watched a cashier, watch another employee pouring drinks while there was a line at the unstaffed counter. Customers that she could have been helping.
