We ordered the founder's favorite ice cream and it's one of the best quality! The only downside to Cold Stone is not enough tables outside.

Me and my bf got a pineapple mango smoothie and a strawberry mango smoothie. They were both great, tasted as expected. I guess we got lucky with good customer service. $2 in tip jar 😄

Customer service is absolute garbage! Rude and disgusting comments wear made all because my 10 year old wanted peppermint chocolate instead of regular, you need to hire people with better human interaction, this was our first time every trying this ice cream and it will be the last...do better.

Just got out door dash delivery receipt check#79 and was very disappointed that the like it shake came in a small styrofoam cup and not the actual like it cup from cold stone. I paid full price for the shake and I got less than expected as the styrofoam cup is smaller than a like it cup. Not good customer service and want other customers to be aware.

Staff was super nice and goofy around the customers!!! I love that type of environment and before a long trip it is nice to have some positivity! My ice cream was delicious and they made it the way I wanted with no problems at all. My mother was with me and tends to have anxiety while ordering, this time it did not affect her and she had an amazing experience!!! Overall cleanliness was outstanding restaurant was super clean! The bottom line is: great overall experiance and met my needs very well 😁

With the thermometers hitting the points in redding the cold stone creamery on Dana dr. Is the place to visit, I've been to this cold stone several times and they do a good job. The ice cream is always fresh and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the flavors. My favorite is the chunky monkey.
