New Year's Day trip to Redcar beach. No cafes near the beach were open so we found the new costa coffee in the precinct. Absolutely lovely place, great choice of cakes and very friendly service. Thank you so much.

Ignorant staff, useless customer service. The "person" with the green hair should be sacked. Massive attitude problem and extremely rude and nasty to customers. Horrible "holier than thou" attitude. Hope karma gives you what you deserve in life. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to the Zetland cafe where the staff are lovely.

Bought a prawn sandwich it was stale, took it back to be told to get another sandwich as I wasnt getting a refund by the rude waitress, as there was no prawn left i told this to the waitress to be shrugged at and told again there didn't do refunds. Wont be going back, rude and customer service to be desired.
