Typically fast food is not an option. When there’s only 30 minutes between appointments it becomes the only option. Upon entry, it was obvious that this would be a pretty good experience. The warm welcome for the manager set the tone for my short 30 minute stay. Jokingly, I asked the manager if he could create a sandwich to resemble the picture. Challenge accepted!! The Patty Melt came very close to the picture but more importantly the flavor, temperature and presentation were on point! The restroom and restaurant were clean.. so clean that I slipped a couple times to and from the restroom. No fall, just a slip. The moment you enter an establishment you almost immediately know what type of experience you’re in for. This was an enjoyable one with exceptional service! Thank you Mr. Manager😁

This has got to be the slowest fast food place ever. It never fails, they get more than 2 cars in the drive through and it is a 30+ minute wait or more. It is literally like only 2 people work inside but when you pull up you see 6-8 just standing around. Drive thru, pickup or go inside it is so so slow.

I would give zero if I could. Went in to the establishment to be ignored at the counter and when one worker said she was a floater that helps where needed, I mentioned that I am waiting to order. Some rude old lady said we will get to u when we can and said "I've only got two hands" as she catered to a regular that wanted a lemon packet. She tried to rush me with my order and was a very bad ambassador for the company. Never going back. Blasting this on all platforms. Third visit and still the same distain for the attitude of the employees.

If your ordering online make sure you check your order and show up 5 or 10 minutes late because apparently your food is being prepared by those with less than a 1st grade education. Brought only half of my order out 5 minutes past the latest ready time. Had to wait another 5 minutes for them just to place an order of (cold) hash browns in a bag and poor a drink. Then after opening what they originally had in the bag none of the options I PAID EXTRA for was added to my order. Doesn't cost extra to pay attention but apparently they don't even pay them for that.
