Not far from the main highway and has all the road munchies you could want. Be warned, there is only 1, I repeat, ONE unisex bathroom and can easily have a 10-20 min wait to use it. There are however some nice grassy areas for the dogs.

Zero isn’t an option. If you want Dunkin keep driving. You will waste your time waiting for food or drink and money because once you get your order it’s awful and not made correctly. And if you even mention that it’s not made right you will then receive an attitude from staff annoyed that you want what you ordered.

Extremely kind courteous and friendly staff it was a pleasure to be their customer! Also a different set of meals and in my local area so that was a lot of fun!

The staff is great! The manager however needs something to be desired. She's rude, talks bad about customers and looks at people with such disdain. It's apparent that she doesn't like either her job or people. She shouldn't be in this job!

I went to this Dunkin all the time because it was convenient, but they frequently messed up my order and/or had problems with the payment/ordering system that seemed to delay order fulfillment. Since they closed their drive thru for some reason (permanently?), I don't plan on going back. Particularly in the time of COVID-19, I don't have any desire to wait in a long line at a place that doesn't feel the need or is incapable of operating it's own drive thru. There's a better Dunkin in Red Hook with a functioning a drive thru.

We were served the wrong drinks. When we requested to have them remade manager was rude and refused to fix them, so we asked for our money back and she decided to then remake them… the same exact way as before.

If they could get an order right I would be surprised. Usually have to go in to get the drink order fixed. 🙄

This place is horrible. Food stops at 2pm. They don’t care about customers and they need to close. Obviously no management. They have a drive thru but you have to come inside. Used to give them business 4-5 times a week, no more.
