Mcdonald's

Same experience as other raters. Focus on drive through only customers waiting on line to order no acknowledgment from manager or staff completely ignored 4 of us on line . I have never in 50 years walked out of McDonalds but today I did. Get rid of this Manager. If your focus is on drive through then close the doors to the restaurant. ridiculous! Horrible experience and none of your survey questions below address this situation.

Terrible experience. We just left this MCDonalds. First of all, the manager told her employee that our order wasn’t ready so “get them out of MY line.” You could even see that the teenage employee knew that was inappropriate to say I’m front of a customer. Secondly, we started opening our food once it was brought out, and.. well, the pictures will explain the rest. Poorly assembled sandwiches on dried out buns with a hair in one of them!!! Seems like the manager is forcing high productivity, causing low quality food.

Ordered, thru the app for 4 people...arrived on site and notified them I arrived...still was sitting there waiting 20 mins later....I finally called the store they said we will be right out... 5 more minutes past they finally came out we left... Got home and we were missing a sandwich... My son had to go back out and they only gave him the missing sandwich.... After the person on the phone said we can make it up for you just tell us what you need... They didn't even have the common courtesy to caught me anything the first time didn't expect anything this time... The best part it was didn't even seen those that busy.... I could have gone to a different McDonald's in my location and got home faster... Poor work ethic lack of respect for customers... Manager couldn't even come out himself and apologize.

Worst experience I had in my life, standing in line for atleast 30 minutes , when I get a chance they are saying only cash at night and not accepting mobile order or cards and even I am ready with cash not taking my order. This happened not once but multiple times. McD sucks... I am giving one star due to review if there is any chance I will give negative star. I hope sytem will respond and change them.

It's okay on your way outta town.Know a few people there that keep it flowing in drive thrus.Not a fan as I used to for it but great for the kids,and older folk that remember the taste of it.I like the way the quarter pounder if anything.Nothing better than having a thicker burger.But as always,don't ask for ice cream.Its been years since they been using them.Legend has it the machines cost so much before they use them,but also hard to clean.Theres like a process beyond an easy cleanup I wouldn't understand,but it seems to be that way in many stores.
