I have always loved KFC, but today they messed up my order. They forgot to give me my sides on a $54. 57 order. Now I'm at work and they will be closed when I get off. I've been calling for the past 2 hours, over 10 + calls and no one picks up. 😠

Closing staff is the most disrespectful spoiled college kids ever.. literally stopped coming to this location because of it . They forget everything and close at 925 … sad, it’s a great location

I previously gave this location a one star because it was straight up nasty, recently decidedly to give it another shot since they updated it, and it was a significant improvement for sure. The person taking my order was actually friendly and the food was good👍

I called customer service and made a complaint. 1-800-CALL-KFC. If everyone calls maybe they’ll do something about this franchise. Don’t let them take your money. (I’m speaking on behalf of night shift. I’m not familiar with day shift.)

This is by far the worst KFC that I've ever been to. Avoid this place at all cost. They never have what you want to order and try to convince you to take whatever they have already made up. The chicken comes out flavorless and all screwed up. Management should be ashamed of themselves. KFC should consider revoking the license with this franchise. I gave a one star rating, but it doesn't even deserve that

I’m giving this Particular KFC a 2 1/2 Stars although my food is Always Tasty . No matter how many times you ask the employees to NOT Forget To put My sauce in they NEVER DO IT! And it’s irritating cause I don’t keep BBQ sauce in my car. Over 10 times they do not put the sauces I ask for in my bag. I specifically told them on 2 occasions “Please Don’t forget my Sauce “ and what did they do. FORGET! 😒 the reason I’m even making a complaint today is I ordered 2 number 17s a meal that did not require sauce . HOW IN THE HECK Did I pull off get to the place to eat and They never Gave me My cookies 🍪. WTH ppl the cookie is the perfect Ending . And they weren’t even busy . Please Work on Giving Ppl what they ask for and Pay for . Other than that Food Taste delicious But y’all out of Pocket for Forgetting my Cookies . Get it together

Why.... this is why I don’t eat kfc Idek why they shud get 1 star. I couldn’t even understand the lady she sounded high or drunk tbh. I SEEN THE WHOLE STAFF SMOKING VAPES PENS WATEVER YOU WANNA CALL IT IN THE LOBBY THEY WOULDNT LET YOU PICK UP YOUR MOBILE ORDER THEY SAID GO AROUND THE DRIVE THUR!!!! FLAW AFTER FLAW!!! Whole staff is full of teenagers wild disrespectful. First they didn’t have ice for my drink. Second they had no change so I didn’t even receive all my change, on top of that they Over charged me double what I normally pay. look at this Mac and cheese. Never have I ever went to a kfc and had my Mac and cheese look like str8 water👎🏽🤬 all honesty I gave the food to my dogs. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE YOU HAVE SO MANY MORE OPTIONS. This was a total disappointment

The Food was good . How ever the service sucks waited like 20 minuets to order .
I think they all where hi moved very slow and you can tell when someone is hi they where hi for shore corporate need to drug test all of them however the cashier was as nice as can be she was trying very hard. The other ones where standing around
