Papa Johns Pizza

I had to constantly repeat my order numerous of times. When it came down to my card number I had to repeated that 2 times in order for him to get it right. Once he had everything correct he said it didn't take my card and put me on hold. The manager answered and I asked if I could speak with her instead of the guy. She asked me for my card number I gave it to her and when it came to the zip code she said I never heard of that zip I told her yeah I just moved here from Kentucky. Now im frustrated and just told them to cancel the whole order. I told my husband about it he was going to door dash it and something told me to check the reviews and I hurried up and told my husband do not order because they have too many bad reviews 😑

Actually one star is too high of a rating. I ordered pizzas for the retirement community I work at. I had to repeat my phone number 3 times and address. They took my order finally and gave me a total. When they did not show up, I called them and was told that they don't deliver in our area even though it's a 9 minute drive time and they had delivered a few weeks before. No one called to say they arent delivering. I had to call them. I was put on hold and hung up on. I was told I could speak to the GM to find out she was not in for two days. What a disaster this place is. Poorly managed! Thank goodness Dominoes help us out. I will say I will never order from Paoa Johs or recommend them to anyone.

We ordered our pizza for delivery and the time it showed for delivery was 129 minutes, we ended up changing it to pickup which was 45 minutes. The first time we called to change it to pickup the guy simply hung up on us. The second time the other person at least helped us. We got there on time; the pizza seemed to have been baked and sitting for at least 15 minutes so not sure why we were told 45 minutes for pickup. In short not a good experience and we are not going there again.

First off the little girl answering the phone this evening was extremely rude and unprofessional as well as the boy yelling in the background, when someone calls and complains on how the quality of food is you absolutely don’t accuse the customer of lying and still giving a hard time when a person says they want a well done pizza it doesn’t mean burnt that you can’t even eat it let alone get the so called “slices” that weren’t even cut literally had to pick it apart customer service skills seem to be a problem at this location I will never order from here again quality of food is absolutely terrible too.
