Always good service they show sport on the TVs if your interested volume kept low quiet place with mainly elderly customers but friendly atmosphere closes at 7pm beer is kept to a high standard unfortunately the royal has been sold for redevelopment

Firstly just like to thank all the staff on last night at the Royal (Saturday 13th July). We had a Hen Party there last night and it was amazing.
The whole team made us feel so welcome.
Can't thank them enough for making a night a memorable one. We danced all night and music was just our kind. With the DJ making shout outs to us and playing songs requested.
Get priced drinks and such a nice atmosphere. Would definitely like to return.
