My first visit for afternoon tea. I was very impressed with the food and cakes. Presented well. Good value. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Trying Sunday lunch next week.

We used Charnia to cater for my wife's 50th birthday party. Jenny and Malc were helpful and professional from day one and the day was a success. Excellent food, excellent service and nice people.
We used their crockery, cutlery and glasses which saved us time.

this is a lovely place to have lunch or an afternoon tea, the outside area especially is very comfortable & relaxing. We had a salmon salad which was delicious. The young staff were very helpful & friendly & we will definitely eat there again.

Very pleased with our afternoon tea during the lockdown.
Was delivered bye Charnia Kitchen. Very well packaged & organised. The amount we received was perfect.
(I added the small mr kipling tarts)
Also in the oven which was part of the afternoon tea, beef slices in Yorkshire puddings😵🤌🤌🤌🤌

The set lunch here is excellent value for money and beautifully cooked. Service is very good too - friendly and competent. And we love what they have done in terms of renovating the place - can't wait to visit again.😍

Enjoyed a fantastic dinner here with friends. They had their wood burner going on a cold and rainy evening. It was very snug to sit in front of on their couches while we waited for the rest of our group to arrive. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Food was fantastic value on their prix fixe menu. Both the presentation and taste were excellent. We will definitely be back.
