Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered from Uber eats. Tonight I got an insulting portion of meat. I believe it should be 4 ounces but I got about 1.5-2 ounces. Not to mention my 2 tablespoons of rice was cold. I ordered the same thing 2 nights ago and this portion is 30% less and the food was warm. Disappointed with this location but it’s the only one in my area. More often than not, there is something wrong with my order. It’s usually a combination of these issues: - Bag wet and damaged because the food container wasn’t sealed properly - Less portion than usual - Missing/wrong toppings

I love Chipotle, best food in the world. I hate when they take me through so fast without thinking for a second what option I want to get. And I hate how they expect me to know always the names of their food. I usually point at what I want but some servers show attitude... I don't think I'm expected to know this stuff.

Worst ever.. for a long time. I love chipotle and always give this one a chance. Always cold food. Portion for a toddler. Paying for double and getting less than the regular amount. Forgets the sides all the time too. They should shut this place down or get an entire new team to work there. I do not recommend. Better to make the trip to Braintree or South Bay.

Food inspector should check this place out, it was 20 mins before close, but there was spilled food everywhere. They said they were out of steak but the container was half full of some very unsafe looking beef. Also no napkins and ice was all overflowing in fountain. Trash can was also overflowing with trash. If I wasn't hungry I'd skip it all together fingers crossed for no food poisoning.

I came for a quick lunch as you expect from a fast food place. When I went inside they have put signs, that you can only order thru chipotle.com or from the app. Since I was already inside restaurant I made the order thru chipotle.com with a set pick up time from what was available. And my pick up order was late by another 10 minutes from the given time, overall I waited inside 20 mts. Apparently this is not the way to run a fast food restaurant. Also the seating area /tables are not clean. Food just warm/okay, that's why I gave 2 stars.

Quite possibly the most disgusting fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I have never gotten an order made correctly here and more often than not see employees doing extremely inappropriate and uncleanly things as I am there. I have called customer service many times to complain and ask for a refund, and have not been able to get through.

I luuurve Chipotle, but like many others I'm going to say this location is way below standard, starting with the inaccessible little maze of a parking lot, the inaudible server who tried to give me a half serving of chicken (I wasn't having it). They were out of forks and brewed iced tea, trash was overflowing, and the brown rice was FULL of crispity dried kernels.
