Applebee's

I'm usually not a review writer but in this case I had to give a BIG shout-out to the amazing staff at Quakertown Applebee's. I ordered take out, picked up my order and when I got home, noticed there was small issue with my order. I called and was spoken to by a manager named Lexi. I've worked in food services for years and also went to school for hospitality and management. Her customer service skills were hands down the best I've received in a very long time. She rectified my issue, apologized and was just so genuine with her approach. Amazing job guys and the food was delicious as always. Also, I want to point out the hostess that was on, Alexa, was also incredible as well. She was so kind, attentive and helpful. You guys rock, keep up the amazing work!

Now retired, so first time I could enjoy the free meal yesterday (Veterans Day). At Applebees in Q'town. The sirloin was juicy and delicious. Kudos to the cooks, servers and hostess up front who kept the large crowd of arriving guests under control. She herself is a veteran. Thank you Applebees for remembering all vets and providing a great experience.

I've been eating here maybe 6 or more times a year. The folks who work here are great; especially Micky the barmaid. She has been here for years and is always most pleasant with the customers. I've noticed she performs multiple tasks related to the restaurant. I always get the 12oz. Strip steak medium rare, and it's always perfect. Pricing is very fare, and the franchise treats veterans very well.

Really good service here. Came here with my wife and our waitress Stefani was attentive but not overbearing, made sure we had everything we ordered in a timely fashion. Our food came out quickly and it was still hot. The manager made rounds to check on the tables. Overall, one of the better Applebee’s I’ve been to.
