Sometimes it could be slow depending on the crowd, but usually the staff is helpful and responsive.
Also, since the online portal update from last couple of years, online banking experience has improved and bank/atm visits have reduced.

Great bank in Vishalnagar area. Saraswat Bank is reputed and trusted bank in the banking sector. I found the bank very useful, co operative and convenient.

Update your net info as and when changed.
i had trouble regarding time which read as 9am to 7pm.
on telephonic confirmation,came to know the limit at 5;30 PM.
CHANGE THE INFO.
