I am happy to write a review for the Axis banker Rahul Prasad at Wakad branch, Pune; he helped me with my NRO/NRE account. It was third attempt after approaching HDFC Nigadi branch twice and I was very disappointed with them. Rahul did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. Firstly, he followed up with me promptly and efficiently. This shows that he cares about his clients and wants to ensure that their needs are met in a timely manner. It also demonstrates his professionalism and attention to detail, which are critical qualities for a banker. Secondly, it's impressive that he worked quickly to open my account. This can be a time-consuming process as I was not in India, I tried their online application as well but Rahul acted faster than the online application. He was able to navigate it with ease and efficiency. This is a testament to his expertise and knowledge in the field, as well as his commitment to providing excellent service to his clients. Overall, I had a positive experience with Rahul, and I would definitely recommend him to others who are looking for someone knowledgeable, efficient, and dedicated banker to help them achieve their financial goals.

Unfortunately, due to a technical error on Axis Bank's end, we were unable to resolve the issue. However, Kriti tried her best to assist me.
