Arby's

I ordered the Buffalo chicken & my spouse had the Swiss chicken. They had us wait 10 mins for freshly cooked chicken, which was no prob but mine was not cooked through. It was pink inside, which I didn't know about until we got home to eat. We live 45mins away so I didn't go back for a new one. Also, the service was rather poor & the window person was quite unpleasant.

A good Arby's, a little slow right now during the labor shortage but that understandable, good staff, the only reason I am only giving 3 stars is due to the general manager, Chris, being unpleasant to deal with every time I have come through. He lacks customer service skills and has been snippy and rude every time, which wouldn't be an issue if he wasn't often the one interacting with front counter customers. Update: no change with Chris but I do want to give a shout-out to Chad for always delivering fantastic customer service and being extremely nice!

Went at lunchtime, which I get is the busiest time if day, but holy cow were they slow. Close to 30 minutes after we ordered. General manager of the restaurant took our order and seemed genuinely frustrated we were there, all the way till I walked up and got me and my dad's food. Tables were dirty, there was plywood nailed to the side of the building probably filling in holes. TLDR: Order taking: bad Cleanliness: concerning Food quality: cold and moist, in a bad way

So just went to Arby's and got Rueben sandwich. For anyone that doesn't know, a Rueben has 3 ingredients (besides bread, of course), corn beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, really simple. I get it, times are tough, but omg, I got back to work, bit into my sandwich and was like, are you kidding me, they forgot the sauerkraut! So I opened it up and I kid you not, there was sauerkraut, about a teaspoon size in the very center. Check out the pic, you can barely find it. Now for reference, I have been here 20 years, I know what the sandwich USED to be. They have also reduced the corn beef amount, again, I get it, times are tough, beef is the most expensive part, but sauerkraut is cheap! Needless to say, I won't be going back anytime soon
