Subway

My son and I frequently visit the Subway inside the Wal-Mart SuperCenter while we are out shopping. The food is ALWAYS delicious and very satisfying. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would also like to say that the workspace is clean and the staff wash their hands. That's obviously pretty important. I highly recommend this establishment.

Had a sandwich "artist" be condescending to my wife about the order in which a slider was made even though it was one of his coworkers who would have been responsible of the mistake if there even was one. Completely rude and in need of either career change or serious customer service training. Whoever owns this franchise needs to see there is many reviews like this.

I went to the Subway in Walmart today on March 30th, 2021, because the other one in town is closed and I had just got off work at 9:45 p.m. When I got there, there was 4 minutes remaining before the Subway was closed. The employee came out and pleaded that I let him close without making a sandwich, since he was closing in a few minutes. He proceeded to then tell me that he had just gotten vaccinated and is not feeling well from it and just wants to close up shop. I understood, however I too work customer service and I have never met someone who was lazy enough to request a new customer to leave because they didn't want to do their job. Also, with a Pandemic going on, nobody should be working if they "don't feel good". Regardless if it may have been from receiving a vaccine.

If Emily is working don’t even waist your time! Horrible customer service, rude and rushed (I was the only one in line). My boyfriend returned his sandwich because the insides were completely coming out and there was sauce all over the bread. The male employee there admitted the sandwich was a mess, but didn’t want to remake it, did not want to give the name of the employee I’d dealt with (Emily), and claimed there was not a manager there and didn’t want to give the managers information. Terrible experience!

I was not told that there would be a wait for a 24oz icee until after I had paid they told me that it would only be a 2 or 3 minute wait I waited for over a 1/2 hour after I finally was given a exploding cup of icee also after I received my icee and a hard pretzel and left that he had given me a small icee did I go back no way not even an I'm sorry for the long wait
