This place has really gone downhill the past two years. The order online option is frequently unavailable for some reason, orders now take forever to arrive, they are frequently out of items (though I won't blame them for supply chain issues), they forget items like cookies and chips, and the overall quality of the food is so much worse than it used to be. My sandwiches are always a mess when they arrive now, and the last one was completely sopping wet with pickle juice - the entire bag was literally dripping when they handed it to me. Really disappointed since this is one of the few places in Pullman that delivers without insane extra costs for Door Dash or other delivery services.

They always take forever to deliver. Literally every single time I order. When I order my food at 10 pm (sometimes even 9pm) it won't get delivered till 1am. I live like a 5 minute drive away. I've never had an order that didn't take a ridiculous amount of time to be delivered, and I ordered frequently

I placed an online order at 6:47 pm. At 7:40, I still had not received my food, so I got Taco Bell instead. Then, when my sister got home at 9:30, the Jimmy Johns bag was on the front step. I had no idea it was there because the delivery driver never knocked on the door, and the bag was freezing cold, so it had obviously been out there a while. And it was not there when I got home from Tack Bell at 8:30, which means that it took over an hour and a half for my food to arrive. That is absolutely unacceptable!

*waited over 2 hours for two sandwiches and never received them* Ordered food through Doordash at 11:24pm, it said it would be here around 11:40 (I’ve worked for the service industry for years, so I was being polite for the first call, and the next call). 12:05am rolled around and it wasn’t here, so I called the store and they said the driver just grabbed it. Waited 30 minutes (now 12:35), still nothing. Called again, manager said it was on its way. 1:30am rolled around, called again as it wasn’t here. Gal who answered said she was the driver and already dropped it off over an hour ago (had a bit of an attitude). She gave the phone to the manager at the time. He said they can’t do anything since it was taken to the wrong address (never had issues with the address before) and it was late. I waited two hours for sandwiches that never showed, i called three separate times asking about them and kept getting told they were on their way when they weren’t. Guy was nice at first, so I’ll give them two stars. But waiting over 2 hours and getting nothing then getting an attitude from the supposed delivery girl? Not a fan.
