DONT MOBILE ORDER! I don't recommend this subway. So I made an online order to them in open hours then get a call from them saying they won't complete my order. So I said how do I get my money back? As I didn't see an option to cancel in the mobile app. They said wait a few days and I did and nothing. Just in case I gave it a week exactly. Then I decided to go there to the location to see if I can ether get my money back or to maybe even complete the order anything to make up for the money I spent. They wouldn't give me a refund. Or make things right... So I just left and decided I'll never eat here again. If you decide you really wanna eat here I recommend going in and making your order in person!

My husband and I made an online order to the subway app at around 8:30 last night using our credit card.
We live only a few minutes from the subway by the time we got there it was locked up and they were two employees inside cleaning up
Is my husband spoke to the young lady through the window we found out our order had not been completed that they had closed early and were cleaning up to go home
So, not only did we not get our food but they charged our credit card, today we went down there to either get a refund back on her credit card or to get a sub sounds only fair right?
Well the manager flat out denied either one, stating to contact corporate instead. We tried corporate cannot get through & no one will reply back
We have been ordering from this particular Subway since we are arrived in Pulaski Tennessee almost 4 years ago, unfortunately because of this incident and losing out almost $11 we will not be going back there unfortunately.

Made an orderl night online b using the subway appe beforec time at Subway.
Order went through, when we went to pick up the sub the store had closed early, there were two employees inside the restaurant but they did not make our order, our credit card was charged regardless, we went into the store today to get either our money back on the card or a sub.
The manager of the subway flat-out refused either.
We were told to contact corporate which we have notbnot able to get an answer from them.
I'm suggest people be careful of ordering here, will never come back again

The service is fast, but not exactly friendly. Subway is subway generally speaking, but I still prefer not to be questioned several times on my sandwich preferences.

One of the worst businesses in Pulaski !! They will also withhold legal documentations and paychecks if you’re not kissing the managers feet. If you’re African American I’d stay far away but they’ll always need one or two to make the discrimination non existent.

May have been good at one time but total change today. Ordered a 6 in steak sub and hardly no meat called and the manager was so rude and no understanding what so ever. Will never go back

I frequent to Subway a lot now that they have the protein bowls. But I was severely disappointed when I went today. They need to train all of their employees on the proper way to make a protein bowl. I was charged $9 for basically some spinach and some steak. When I asked about why she made it the way she did she said that's how they were supposed to do it. I didn't have the heart to tell her that that's the first time that one had ever been made that way.
