Wow, all I can say is Wow. $10+ for a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and a 30 minute wait because the employee at the window gave my order to the car in front of me but didn’t tell me. I asked for a Diet Coke and got a Dr. Pepper after the manager came three times to my car. I can’t drink regular soda. Got to work 15 minutes late with an hour lunch, sad, sad, sad. Plus all employees including management doesn’t wear their face masks over their nose…Covid does come from your nasal passage correct?

My big Mac was missing half of the meat and sauce. My iced tea which says it’s nice on ice on top of it had no ice in it and tasted terrible. But because I live 20 miles away and did not want to drive back they told me they could not replace my meal.

I went to every other McDonald's in town looking for a certain happy meal toy that my disabled brother wanted. This was the only McDonald's that had an employee take the time to give me the right toy. It really made my big brothers day

The worst lol but that’s to be expected I guess. If you just expect your order to be wrong, your fries to be thrown in the bag upside down, and a couple items to be missing from you order, then you’ll never be disappointed. 😂
My order’s never right, curbside orders take 10-15 mins of waiting, and I even had some a**hole mock me over the loudpeaker thinking he was muted or whatever. Then continued to be rude and give me a fake name (my name) so he wouldn’t get in trouble. Also just watched someone get rear-ended in the drive thru line. 🤦🏽♀️ Lol always disgusted with my experience here. Never fails to disappoint.

I messed up my order on kiosk. When my food was brought out by manager, I hold her they got my order wrong. She explained what I ordered and yeah, my mistake. Manager saw I was upset and still brought me out an extra sandwich. I did not get here name. It was on April 30th about 1 pm. Great customer service, even though it was my mistake.

They hardly make my order correct and never want to give the time of day for proper customer service. Spent 30 plus dollars and half if my food was missing when I brought it up they refused to look at my receipt and helo me get my missing items

Not very professional and will never go back there ever again. After I found a bug in my grandsons happy meal. Not once but twice gross not very sanitary.

As I was driving off, an employee with red hair, commented “She’s a bitch”
Noting that I only ordered a McFlurry. That’s it. Not sure how that makes me a bitch…. But that is not the kind of service you want to sit in a line, and have to deal with after.
