Mcdonald's

Absolutely horrible service. I had a mobile order and I waited 10 minutes at the drive through speaker. No one tried helping me and after I finally got help they told me to go to the second window (already paid for.) I did as told waiting forever in line but I understand they were busy. Once I get to the window they tell me they had canceled my Mobile order. No reason for them to cancel it and the fact I waited over 20mins just for them to tell me it was canceled by them is ridiculous.

I'm new to Pueblo and I recently went to this McDonald's for the first time. There's a window you can walk up to and order from outside, which is convenient. This is how I ordered my food. I had to wait for my order, which is fine, but my two orders of large fries were VERY stale. The french fries on top were hot and fresh but all the ones underneath tasted old, hard and crunchy. I would of asked for new fries but by the time I noticed I was already back home. It tasted like an old batch of fries were mixed in with fresh fries. I'm disappointed but I would give this place another chance. My two burgers tasted great. However, I threw away half the french fries because they were hard to chew.

This McDonald's location should be paying their customers to come in. Any time I have visited, my order has been incorrect. When asking them to correct their mistakes - they look at the receipt and stare off into space confused even though almost all employees are wearing the drive thru headphones. So they should be able to hear your order and prepare it accordingly instead of looking dumbfounded at each other with their phones in their hands while they prepare your order. You can see if you're in drive thru that they place your order by the window where it sits and your food gets cold or they hold it out of the window until you get there. This location deserves no raises until the pics poor everything from management on down is corrected.

I Ordered my food to go from there app and everything went Great until I got back to work and started eating my food and realized they didn't give me the sauce i ordered for my nuggets. I came back to the restaurant about an hour later once I was able to break free from work and asked them for my sauce and asked if they could either reheat my nuggets or replace them since they were now cold. Needless to say the Manager Antonio would not let his workers fix the issue. I asked several times to talk to the manager Antonio about the situation and he didn't even have the decency to come talk to me face to face. I could hear him in the back cussing but he was hiding behind some machines and wouldnt even come talk. The workers were nice and professional and wanted to fix the mistake but Antonio wouldn't let them. It's a shame they have to deal with him all the time. No wonder this McDonald's has very low reviews.

I asked for diet coke got sweet tea after driving clear around and thru drive thru yes they made it right. Now I am juggling 2drinks they won't take tea back yet don't provide trash receptacle so end up dumping tea in their drive thru and ended up with more trash in my car .By the way I am disabled,don't walk easily and this is not the first time they have messed up
