RUDE AS HELL. Asked for my receipt and I was told the printer was broken. Pulled out of the drive thru and found out the order was completely wrong. Pulled right around to the window and was told they had not record of it without a receipt and there was nothing they could do. After arguing with the rude as hell female (I am assuming manager) she finally fixed the order. Which was surprise, surprise thrown together literally and still incorrect. It was almost 8pm so there wasn't even a line and this location doesn't offer dine-in service due to lack of employees. I feel that this location is mismanaged and poorly employed at best.

I know this is first world problems but I really wish Burger King would do something about online orders. It sucks to have to wait in the drive thru for 30min for an order that’s already paid for and won’t be fresh. The workers are always really nice it’s just the system sucks.

Today, June 13th at 5pm I placed an online order, hoping for quickness and efficiency. This was by far the worst drive through experience I’ve ever had in my life. Yes I know it’s fast food, but any business should be held to a modicum of professionalism and productivity.
Upon pulling up all seemed normal, having to repeat myself a couple times into the speaker, pulling up behind another car I was excited to hopefully get in and get out after a long day of work. This was not the case.
For some ungodly reason the car ahead of me must’ve been feeding the poor because bag after bag came out of that drive thru, I think 6 in total, but even that took 25min! After the Brady Bunch finally got out of the way I requested to receive my meal and have it comped/refunded as I felt it was more than fair. There were 3 workers in that building and apparently a non-existent shift leader who I had to wait another 10min to speak to who apparently didn’t speak to her team on my issue.
This shift leader, finally out of the bathroom, I hope she washed her hands, came up and pulled my refund from the till and didn’t even give me the full refund shorting me just over a dollar and didn’t have the customer service common sense to just give me my meal with an apology and instead tossed my bagged and prepped meal into the garbage.
I couldn’t waste anymore time at this location, and after trying so long to justify giving your organization as a whole another chance, I’ve been met yet again with mediocrity and disappointment.
Thanks, I will not be back and I recommend going to the Wendy’s nearby as they had my order and 4 cars ahead of me done and out in a fraction of the time.

So on 4/2/2022 I waited about 30 mins in the drive thru. Food and service was subpar. I left with the food and wasn’t given back my debit card. Drove to Colorado Springs and went to use my debit card and found out I didn’t have it. I had no money or could I get a new card due to it being a weekend. Called BK and the manager there told me the drive thru had it and has been informed to hand the card out first before the food to avoid such issue. Went back 4/3/2022 to retrieve my card and service was worse than the day before. I was handed my card and I stated that it was really inconvenient and that they need to be more sensitive. The manager under her breath said “don’t be a dickhead” I drove off after paying for another subpar food. I will now no longer be shopping there.

Most horrible fast food place in the world. Customer service was unbelievable. And we were the only car in drive thrue the lobby was not open the young lady there was very nasty to us would not get me any souces even though I had paid extra, I had food missing and it cold. I will never be back.

Burger king is burger king they all taste the same. Except this one. If you like the greasy full of sauce sloppy burger. This place is for you. Taste pretty good actually.

Manager waived cost of sides after I attempted to redeem a survey coupon. The commitment to customer service is above and beyond.

My girlfriend and I went burger king last night around 10 and i payed 23$ for 2 large soda and 2 whoppers and we ordered fries but we never got our fries.
