There was a sheet of paper in one of our Quarter Pounders!!!!! So, beware! Look at your food before you eat it! When we took it back, we received NO APOLOGY; the gentleman at the front counter giggled and made jokes about it with the other staff. He failed to do anything other than replace the burger. Bad customer service to say the least. They did not take it seriously whatsoever!!! I will NEVER get food from this location EVER again!

The quality of this location has seriously declined. We cannot go through the drive thru for more than 3 meals or they will be messed up. Mistakes range anything from wrong items to old items to missing items. We've gotten stale buns on burgers, half full large fries, we've ordered sweet tea and gotten unsweet. These are recurring mistakes. We'd stopped coming here for a while but today gave it another chance. Same results. Order 2 regular hamburgers, get 2 cheeseburgers in regular hamburger wrappers and again with the half full fries.

I had good customer service 2 months back but lately it has been horrible. The past couple times I have gone through the drive thru, they rush you and they don’t even get the correct order. I also been either missing or getting others orders instead. They definitely need to be a bit more thorough in areas and nicer customer service. They are never friendly at the pay window. A hi or reading to make sure your charging my card to the right order would be great.

We arrived at 1139 about 10 mins later I received a message that said thanks for stopping by like we had already received our order. We waited an additional 10 mins to get our food. Over 20 mins total. Our fries were cold, our drinks watered down from sitting, our nuggets half were lukewarm and our customized quarter pounder with cheese was barely warm. When we realized the food was cold we couldnt turn around due to road construction. I tried to call the store 6 times and it kept going to a fax machine. This isnt the first time this exact issue has happened. The previous time I went into the store to get my order and it was sitting on the counter. We are completely unsatisfied with our food. No one ate the fries nor most of the nuggets. Rubbery cold food is gross.
