Subway

Horrible experience. We waited patiently and when it was our turn, we were instantly treated like it didn’t matter. Went through the line and the employee was incredibly rude. Our meal came with drinks and we asked multiple times for them and waited and she looked at us, Didn’t respond, and helped the next customer. We understand it’s busy , but it’s no to projects your bad day onto another person. We will pray she doesn’t help anyone in the way she helped us and we will pray for her.

This location never has anything. Today they were out of lettuce, onions and other vegetables. They had 3 choices of chips and no cookies. The vegetables that they did have looked old and were browning. I had already started my order and when I realized this, I told him "no thanks on the order because they food look old and they didn't have what I even wanted on my sandwich". I find that there are multiple locations in Pueblo with this problem. Also, Subways staff is very unpleasant and very rude. Its really a shame because I love Subway but I'm really displeased of the service and overall quality of their food. I know I will not go back to this specific location again.

I don't know what happened here but wow. Only one bread, ok we can live with that. The only drink was water or coke. Dr Pepper, Sprite, lemonade all out on the fountain machine with no signs. No tea or fresh mixes. Only one worker giving very little attention to what he was doing. Our toasted subs were still cold.
