I stopped by to grab lunch. The whole restaurant was spotless! My order was taken right away. The food was made quickly and correct!
The whole experience was great! Loved the staff! I even went back and got a drink! ♥️
I will be back! I recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Hadn't been on this Wendy's since their remodel. All previous visits were disappointing, however it appears with the remodel some sanitary standards were addressed. I'm happy to say I had a good lunch experience & enjoyed my hamburger combo. Good job & keep it up.

Everyone in this location has amazing personality. I'd like to acknowledge two employees, Cheryl and Jadea. Greeted with sincere smiles, positive attitudes that really just lifted our spirits as well. So often drive thru workers are anything but nice, happy and positive. Excellent service 👏. Also my two dogs were greeted and given a chicken nugget each. We will.be back. Thank you and you're lucky to have such good workers representing your company name.

That time was only my second time 2 eat at BLack Bear, was nice. My only problem was they h as very only 2 Handicap parking spaces. Most restaurants have 5-8 depending on size of the restaurants, it makes it hard on someone who has 2 park close if there is only 2, & they were full.

I normally like Wendy's, but this one was a disappointment. Hamburgers were terrible, and tables were dirty. With as expensive as fast food is getting, you could at least hope that food would be fresh. It seems like quality is declining as prices are increasing.

Was there this past Tuesday and they were supposed to open at 9am and at 9:10am I left. Why would you serve breakfast until 1030am and not open until 9am? And then, not open on time? I won't go back to this location.

I fail to understand how my order is always wrong. Just to be clear when I say always I mean every single time! It’s not that hard. I blame myself for continually coming here. If I could give negative stars I would.
