Pizza Hut

We've had good service here. Updated Review: The people at the location were nice, however, the phone number routs you to a call center that is subpar. They hung up on me 4 times in a row. Thankfully the driver was really nice and called us, and managed to find our location faster than projected. I could order here again but I probably won't order from any other Pizza Hut locations. The location still deserves the 4 star rating I gave it previously, but I'd give pizza hut the franchise a 1 star.

The online experience is not great. Choices are confusing. When selecting the toppings, following the prompts, it resulted in ordering another pie. It was easy to delete, however, I could not tell what I had actually ordered until I got to the check out where I was able to select and delete the duplicates. It took me longer to order than to drive to the store. Once there, my order, the Box with pizza, breadsticks, and dessert, was all packaged separately instead of in the all-in-one box as pictured, which led to some confusion about the order being correct. The food was very good, hot, and as-ordered.

I ordered the advertised Triple Treat Box for carry out. It was ready when I walked in. Service was friendly and fast. The pizzas were great, a supreme and chicken with pineapples. The ingredients were evenly distributed throughout the pizza, every bite a delight! My family was really impressed. My husband asked me to bring home a Costco pizza (because they are cheap), but I opted for something delicious, rather than something to just fill our stomachs. It was a good choice. Thanks for letting me give my feedback, I wanted to make sure this Pizza Hut on Canyon Road in Provo, Utah got the kudos they deserve.

Best place, I like the pizza in this place you can taste different styles you put the ingredients to your liking for example of ham, pepperoni, meat etc, anadele more cheese vegetables all atu taste, the wings are delicious ppdras order with or without bone, the spicy Medium no spicy or medium spicy or extra spicy as you do not want. best of all is the price is accessible to your pocket, account the menu with two really attractive packages quite economical, this package Big Dinner and the Diner Bag either of you will love for you or the whole family is a pleasure and a delight this meal. The taste of the service is fast and everyone is very good at the service. Thank you. I will give you five stars of photos so that you can see the best of everything.

Always great service. I had always been loyal to their competitors but with the pizza demands from the local communities other pizza places don’t charm me anymore. This location convinced me to break up with the other pizza places and I haven’t regretted it since. Now I’m a loyal to this pizza location. The pizzas we get are still steamy when we get home, the ingredients are crisp and fresh, and the pizzas literally look out of a photo. If they have time, they will make our pizza hut experience special by sending a coupon flyer with our order or sometimes an extra sauce. You don’t usually think dazzling when you think of a pizza but this Pizza Hut will do it for you. I’m sad the reviews are so poor because this is our favorite Pizza place. They take care of us every time. They give their best and the team that serves us loves their job. We’ve never gotten sick. We have a toddler that doesn’t like pizza in general but she loves this Pizza Hut. PS If you have the app you can earn points with every purchase to use toward free pizza. Super helpful for us as a student family.
