Wendy's

The drive thru line was long so I went inside. The restaurant was spotless. The manager saw me step to the register, smiled, acknowledged me, and sent a busy employee over to take my order right away. I was in a super rush to get my son to an activity and this was his dinner. From start to finish, I was back in my car with fresh, hot food in less than 4 minutes.😊

DON'T USE THE MOBILE APP. Your hours online show closing at 9 on a Sunday. I was told at 7:30 you are out of baked potatoes that I originally ordered. I was offered a replacement option, and told a minute later you are out of that. I asked for the second option, and shortly after I was told you are out of that. I originally ordered 3 vanilla frosty's. After the multiple reorders of the baked potato options; I was told that you only had chocolate frosty option. I was able to cancel my order for a full refund. There was trouble because of using the mobile app. I got a cash refund. Your mobile app doesn't match the reality of what the location has. I am let down by the management of the location for letting this disconnect happen. Don't offer the mobile app. only to let it fail. The impact of reviewing this location as a one star won't make a difference. The reviews are consistently bad. I review it as a five star to give them a chance to do better. They had plenty of staff for drive thru service, and multiple employee feet seen hanging off the dining room counter only to come over after each reorder option to tell me they are out.

MOBILE ORDERS BEWARE!!! Made a mobile order. Even used Wendys coins to "purchase" a burger. Went to pick it up but the doors were locked. Went through drive thru and a lady tells me her system is down she can't accept orders. We already paid via app tho. She says it won't charge us cause she can't accept the order. 2 days later (waiting for the pending charge to cancel) it doesn't cancel. It charged us😠 you owe me $30 Wendys! (To be continued) Edit: They fixed the issue fast and friendly like. I still believe mobile app purchasers should be aware, but it was a system issue not a store issue.

This particular store is hit and miss. Most times I have zero issues, and would rate it 5 stars. On occasion, they mess up pretty horrendously, as though every person on hand was on their first day of training. Now, when people are new I totally understand, I've been there. It's cool. And a one off experience isn't enough to hurt my review of a place. But it happens *just* often enough for me to need to consider other food options in my area, and so the lack of consistency hurts my review.

If I had not tasted it, I would not have believed it. Don't believe the haters. On two separate days, this Wendy's delivered the best (I exaggerate not!) value hamburger I have ever received at any fast food restaurant. Bun, so fluffy. Bacon, so properly cooked. Meat and tomato, both, so juicy. AND the best chicken nuggets I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. So soft. So perfectly done. So tasty.

I wasn't expecting much, since usually fast food that's part of a gas station isn't that great, but this Wendy's is actually pretty great. They have a full menu, which I was surprised about, so I was able to order a vegetarian black bean burger. Everyone here was really friendly. I remember one guy was extremely friendly, and I'm guessing that's Allen, since everyone else is talking about him, too. But all of the other servers were really nice and friendly, too. The food was great, amazingly good for gas station food. Overall, it was a surprisingly nice experience.
