Subway

People are usually pretty upbeat, Cole being the one that delivers the greatest customer service. There never seems to be a shortage of customers whenever I come in, they're always hoppin. My sandwiches are always nice and tasty with perfect meat/cheese/veggie/dressing ratio. Also, I love the switch out of the new flavors of cookies every so often.

There are a few reasons why I would have given this Subway a lesser rating. The ONLY reason I’m giving it four stars is because of Cole, the stellar sole employee who feverishly served customers during the late lunch hour. And he did it with professionalism, poise and graciousness. The line was long; but the customers were willing to wait because of Cole and his terrific service. I hope you know how lucky you are to have an employee like him. With that being said, I cannot understand why no one else was working during that time of day. Consistently, there were at least 8-10 in line while I was there (approx 20-25 minutes). Unfortunately, that seems to be the norm for many of Subways I’ve visited lately.

The food was good-- however the coupons we brought would've made the meal more expensive than regular full price! That was a disappointment, and the reason I can't give 5 stars. The coupon was for 2 foot-long subs for $12.99, but considering that most foot-long subs are already about $6 and some change, it was a useless coupon.
