Red Deli

FIVE STARS for the dessert torpedoes & THREE STARS for the food!! So I'll give Red Deli a 4 overall. The torpedoes are amazing and easily my favorite thing about this place. The owners and employees are super nice too. The food I got wasn't great.. I got the cowabunga sandwich with bacon chive cheese fries. They weren't bad, but they didn't stand out at all either. Fries were too salty and the sandwich was pretty basic. The "steak strips" on it seriously looked and tasted like mini beef jerky strips.. If I were to come back, I'd just load up on a dozen dessert torpedoes and call it good!

Love this place! They make their own bread and it is really yummy. Their Philly Steak Supreme is my favorite! You can tell that their sandwiches are very high quality, and I've heard that they have really fast delivery (I haven't tried that out for myself). Definitely a unique place in Provo that is worth trying out!

Man, this place should be WAY busier. Provo, you are missing out if you haven't been to Red Deli. It's in a great location, right on University Ave. The food takes a bit of time to get done, because they make it FRESH. It's worth the wait. Their bread is so delicious and their fries are done freshly cut and seasoned. I crave it fortnightly! The food is consistently amazing!

Nice new place. The sandwiches have quite a bit of bread in my opinion, but the fries were great. The staff was still learning the ropes, so it was a little slow when I went. But the place is well decorated, with a tank of manta rays, and probably the nicest bathroom for a restaurant that size that I’ve ever seen.

Red deli is really good! The food is super yummy and the decor is really nice. It right down the street from my school and I don’t know why I haven’t been there before. The staff was super nice and really friendly; the lovely lady who took my order was really great about suggesting what sandwich was good. The fried were really good and crispy and crunchy and didn’t get soggy or gross after awhile. The restaurant is also really nice. It has an aquarium in the middle of the dining room with sting rays, starfish, and a cute little clown fish. They have Street Fighter you can play when you’re waiting for your food (the best part.... its free!) I loved eating lunch here today and I will definitely be going back! Would definitely recommend.

The bread is what makes the sandwich. Super tasty bread. I bought the Dragon's Breath sandwich and felt that it was really tasty. Had a good amount of spice. The specialty drinks and fries are tasty as well. The new location is convenient and has a cool fishtank with small rays in it. The owner is really cool and chill as well. Both times I've gone he's chatted me up while I've waited for my food.

Red Deli makes some really quality sandwiches. You can tell that everything is really fresh. Their bread is so soft and perfect, and they're really good at custom orders. Also, their fries are perfect. So, so, so good. The service is really good, too; they'll deliver for free to anywhere in downtown Provo, which is really convenient when I'm at work. Their employees are friendly and kind (and if you go in often enough, they'll remember your name and your order). 10/10 would recommend.
