We recently had the pleasure of dining at Sizzler, and couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service provided by our waiter Sam, his kindness and thoughtfulness truly enhanced our dining experience. From the moment we sat down Sam went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and attended to despite a slight delay in the preparation of our meal, Ashley the manager not only apologized sincerely but also surprised us with a thoughtful gesture a generous coupon as a token of appreciation for our patience. This unexpected act of generosity truly set the tone for a memorable evening. What stood out was the genuine kindness that our waiter exuded throughout the entire meal. Sam was not only attentive to our needs but also took the time to engage in friendly conversation, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. In a world where exceptional customer service is often hard to come by or experience Sizzler was a refreshing exception Sam and Ashley's dedication to making our evening special did not go unnoticed and we ate grateful for the positive impression they left on us, thank you Sam! Thank you Ashley! We highly recommend Sizzler in Provo Utah to anyone seeking not only a delicious Cuisine but also an outstanding dining experience.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE UNIVERSITY AVE PROVO, UT LOCATION ONLY! 5 Stars for the Gluten Free Menu, staff and food! This is the only Sizzler location we will eat at. This location is clean and you're not ignored! The staff always go the extra mile in service and answering questions. There is a binder that lists all Gluten free foods and those with Allergens. The Salad bar items are always fresh, crisp and in season ripened. Our favorite salad bar items are the pulled pork and brownies! Both are Excellant!!! However, the brownies are not Gluten Free, but the soft serve ice-cream is. All cuts of beef are aged and cut in each restaurant location on premises. The only thing I'd recommend to the public is to start tipping your servers! When someone is constantly bringing you drinks, food or napkins...these people are your wait staff! For those of you who think of Sizzler as "not a real sit down restaurant with a full service experience" ask yourself whether or not you'd like to work for even 1 hr running back and forth for ungrateful people that you have to clean up after, while still having a smile on your face. A job is a job. Especially when performed well with a good attitude. Servers have to depend on their customers to make up the hourly amount to equal minimum wage. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Friendly people passing us everyday is a whole nother story! Be kind and value others as you want to be valued! Y'all have a great blessed night! Sizzles is all about the salad bar. You can make a meal out of the salad bar offerings like tacos, pasta, soups and of course salad. I keep thinking if I upspend on a ribeye steak I'll get a good cut of meat, but I am continually disappointed in the select quality of the steaks. The shrimp is decent. My wife really enjoyed the cheese toast. I will only buy the salad bar next time. Really good salad bar.
