The past 2 times I have went, my orders completely wrong and also not cooked. I got a salad and the chicken was still frozen. No dressing even though I specifcally asked for it. Sandwiches were cold and not heated up. The chease wasn't even melted. Wrong meats on sandwiches. Wrong veggies and dressing on said sandwiches too. I also ask for extra cheese on sandwiches, I paid for it but never received it. I couldnt even excuse it for being busy, I was the only one in line on both of those occasions. Used to be my favorite go to fast food. Cant say that anymore.

Horrid as always, I don't know why I keep thinking maybe this time will be different! They never get the order right, ever! And it's always a soggy mess for what they charge.

When asking for a sandwich to be heated, the proper technique SHOULD be to heat the meat and cheese alone, not the bread as well. It makes the sandwich both hard and chewy...nearly impossible to eat. Very disappointing.

I used to be a Subway Manager in Columbus, IN so I am picky, but I can't stand stale bread. Sandwich Art used to mean something.
