First pizza was BURNT ...they sent me a new one but the crust wasn't fully baked !!! Tried them again a few weeks later and the pizza was okay taste wise but was nowhere near pipping hot and the antipasto was the nastiest one I ever had !!!

This Place is the Awesome... They have the Absolute Best Pizza that I've ordered from any other shops in the area. The one thing that my wife & myself noticed right off the rip was the taste of their Pizza sauce, It had the Perfect Mix of herbs & spices along with the right amount of sweetness... I would definitely recommend them as a great place to eat anytime... They got my 5 stars for sure...

I was a loyal costumer until today I order a pizza and soda online the driver came and said we didn’t order the soda so I call the slice app and there showed that I order a soda so now I been waiting for my soda 2 hours I call the restaurant no answer slice call the restaurant no answer

Rita's has been our favorite go-to pizza place for over a year. They never mess up our order and it's always delivered hot and fast. If you haven't already tried them, you definitely should!!!!

Order my food for the first time online: I order around 7:30pm and it was 9:39pm and did not received anything at all. I called and ask for the status of my order, I was told its on the way, its 10:00pm and no order yet.

Slice messed up the ordering process. They remade my pizza and the owner or manager was very kind and apologetic. Great staff

Worst service in RI. Food might be ok if it gets to you under 1hr and 30 min. You call they put you on hold, hang up. After my longest wait ever for pizza I received an ice cold pie. Would not recommend.
