I'm a big fan of Taco Bell locations on Douglas Ave Providence and Mineral Springs North Providence. Tasty affordability, great service inside and at the drive thru. Totally positive vibes with music never being too loud. This location has always provided me a top notch customer experience and they keep it clean. I want to thank all of you whom kept this and other locations during the pandemic...you rock, I appreciate you!

No sauce as indicated in the order. No extra drink as indicated in the order. Tacos all soggy and falling apart. This was a doordash order. But when you go in, the employees just give you an attitude. Just go to the one in East Providence.

I ordered through the mobile app. I made a lot of alterations to the items in the order, swapping in a lot of black beans to make everything vegetarian. They swapped it all seamlessly!
Pulled up to the drive through, gave them my name, and the order was ready within a matter of minutes - even with all of the specialty items. Everyone that I spoke to was great, and the food was affordable and tasty as always.

Great location for sit-down/pick-up (unless if it's really busy). But they absolutely have NOT figured out delivery orders!
The first time I tried it, I didn't even get an order that was mine. Had to get completely refunded by DoorDash. I gave them another chance and placed a delivery order months later. They gave me beef tacos instead of spicy potato. I can't eat beef! As a vegetarian, it's never fun taking two bites of meat without knowing it. Just a huge mishap on their part, IMO.
I give up. Their delivery quality is just ATROCIOUS

Just ordered from there. The girl at the dinner thru was pretty rude, snatched my card from my hand. I asked for no lettuce on my tacos, tacos came with more lettuce than anything else. I ordered a nacho bell grande just beef and extra cheese and barely got beef and cheese.

Door dash drivers are neglected at this location. Employees will tell you your food is almost ready. They will then clear the entire drive thru 8 or more cars before starting your order. Taco Bell is supposed to be fast food I’m not sure why I wait 15 minutes to receive my order.

This is a pretty good taco bell, but they got my order wrong and it didn't seem to be in the best neighborhood. This is the only taco bell I've ever been to where there is a sign asking cars to turn down their music before ordering in the drive thru.

Came here to pick up food on the behalf of Uber Eats and told me that the food wasn’t in the system close to 2 but 10 mins in despare and to wait I go around to pick up and they told me the store was closed. Which they close at 2 a lot of yelling on the intercom.
