Horrible place. Was there the other night 3 people in line the guy working helps the person at the counter then tells the rest if us they are closed and turns around, dosnt bother to say anything for the 5 minutes we were all waiting in line before that.

Very bad customer service the actual manager gave me a dirtiest look just because I ask to put whipped cream on my iced latte mind you I already hade told the cashier taking my order on that I waited about 20 min to get my wrong made iced latte and food order they gave me a lot more food than what I ordered plus it was sloppy! smh would never go back again waste of money and bad service Y’ALL need happier people in there it’s the baggiest mall around Rhode Island to have this poor customer service Thank You !

Horrible customer service first my sandwich was super burnt and then I tried telling the associate very nicely if I could get a new one she looked at me and said the sandwich is an a burn but yeah I’ll make you a new one at that point I was all right and I just walked away

At 10:52 I ordered two small blueberry frozen coffees and the employees working were rude and didnt know how to make coffee at all. The coffees taste absolutely disgusting, not enjoyable at all.

Everytime I come here this place is closed. They have "covid hours" I guess. So I have been going Panera bread. For just $3 and change you get a delicious Madagascar Vanilla iced coffee. So good! You really should try one. 😉

Today I was there at 9:02 and the ladies told me "we're close" in a rude way and after 1 minute exactly they sold a guy a donut and I was there standing and watching! At first the lady hold a bag thinking I'll leave and then return it when she realized I was standing and watching her but eventually she gave him one and pretended that the guy is her nephew!!
You don't treat your customers like that! And she is not the owner to sell her family "if that was true" and ignore other customers!!
That sucks!

Worst experience ever , the people on sundays is terrible🤦♀️ i order on the app and still have to wait 45 minutes in front of them to get my order , i wasted my whole lunch hour waiting for a coffee and bagel🤦♀️

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Opened 15 mins late, took another 5 mins to set up the line barriers, then the girl decided to clean the the front counter, but she was doing it like she was a customer, leaning over the register. She could have done that while she was taking the orders of the 18 very angry people. The entire staff had a horrible attitude. Would never recommend.
