The food is amazing, always made with fresh ingredients. It is always served with great presentation. Come try their food, as they make food for every diet (vegan-carnivore). Pastries go perfect with the amazing coffee they make. My Favorite thus far-whole wheat croissant and Mexican mocha all the way baby!!!

We had a great lunch at Lily's today, we all got panini sandwiches, roast turkey and ham. They were delicious! Very simple food, but filling and tasty. I had a cafe latte, probably one of the best I've every had, lots of foamy steamed milk in a giant ceramic mug. Highly recommended!

This is a small, family-owned cafe that fits the persona of Poway (and Old Poway Park, right across the street) perfectly. Sandwiches are awesome, and they are using coffee beans from local roasters Cafe Virtuoso, one of the best roasters I've come across in San Diego. We'll keep coming back!

This place has THE BEST hot soy raspberry mocha I've had to date and the management is super nice. Love the communal poetry box they keep as well. Such a cute little spot!

One of my favorite places in Poway. Have a children's kitchen and books to help keep little ones entertained and the staff is very delightful. Food is great and the Mexican Mocha is the best!

My mom and I looked for about 30 minutes on Google Maps to find a restaurant to try for breakfast. When we found this place we were really excited! However, when we got there (going roughly going roughly 10 miles out of the way), the lights were out and the business appeared to be closed already. It was only 11am....!? We tried calling the # listed but there was a voicemail system that picked up, which said, the hours they are open; which we were there at that day n time but they were obviously closed. Not sure why they would have a voicemail and hours posted that they're open when they're actually closed for the day or for the season or completely shut down? Not really sure which one? Too bad we couldn't try it, we will be coming in this area a lot but won't waste our time seeing if it's open again....

A good variety of cafe treats in a friendly atmosphere, this is a wonderful spot to stop at when perusing the farmers market or enjoying Old Poway Park. I love the friendly staff and baked goods.

Try the homemade blueberry cake with a fantastic cup of mocha. Great ambiance and friendly staff. We'll be back for the sandwiches.
