I really do love Wendy's but in the 4 in the Bronx, NY i frequent there is ALWAYS a 15 to 45m wait. In both Poughkeepsie, NY and the Bronx, NY they always have some kind of unpleasant attitude and/or get my order wrong (usually add cheese to my hamburgers)
I appreciate them forcing me to go om my much needed budget and diet

Almost ate some pork on my $5 biggie bag. Luckily, it was a mutual party that understood why that's a big "no-no"....should start asking customers if they know bacon comes on the Crispy chicken joint

I got the single hamburger fries soda and frosty. The hamburger had so much mustard I couldn't taste of beef. The fries were okay but they did not live up to the hype of the advertisements. Soda was mostly ice. The frosty was fantastic.

My kid's like Wendy's and I rather they eat that over McDonald's and Bk etc. I personally don't eat none of that. Kids give it 3stars we always go in to make sure it's good 👍😊.

I recently visited this Wendy's establishment and was very disappointed in its appearance and meal. The floor was dirty and the carpet was dirty brown, and filthy. The fries and nuggets tasted old and the burgers were not hot enough. This place needs a total overhaul and needs to be updated. After all, it's 2018. (Written 9 mths ago)
Update: Wendy's is currently getting that overhaul and under reconstruction 😉😊. 12.18.18.

Simply put ordered a baconator meal and a spicy chicken salad and got charged 21$ after waiting almost 10 mins for 2 Patty's and lettuce. Online ordering sucks and the staff really need some retraining. 1st and last time ever using this location.
