When for breakfast had the new deluxe three cheese omelet which was really good. I couldn't even finished it becauseit was a lot for me. I had with eh waffle which I was a little disappointed about which was golden brown and crispy on the outside. My son had the chicken and pancakes. My un was had the sample breakfast. The staff is always friendly as usual.

I'm giving 3 stars for our waitress because she was very nice and very helpful, I ordered the t-bone steak (cooked medium) w/ over easy eggs. My steak and eggs were OVER DONE!😤 Briana was very understanding and placed another order for me, I'm guessing the man with the GINGER BEARD was the manager on duty, he brings me my steak and ask who wanted the WELL DONE steak, I say, NOT WELL DONE, he continues to say, WELL THE GRILL ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY, SO IT IS WHAT IT IS! 😳 and to top it off, the floors are DIRTY AND FILTHY with salt and dirt from outside. Even down to our wait time, we were told 3mins and ended up sitting, waiting WAY LONGER! NEVER THIS IHOP AGAIN!

Don't come here anymore.
We waited 1 hour to get in and 1 hour to get our food.
They have ~3 people as waiters/waitresses
After waiting all this time, the food was absolutely terrible.
Don't waste any time here and go to a local diner. You'll be supporting a local business and not this terrible excuse of a "restaurant"

Great! Our server, Danielle, was wonderful. She is very kind, has a great positive attitude, and helped us in every way she could! She is definitely a keeper lol 😊

I had the terrible Pleassure of speaking with the Assistant Manager Chris, Who handled a situation very unprofessional as a manger. While explaining my situation Chris took it upon himself to not only continue to cut me off, but he didn't even understand my situation and continued to answer for me. He also informed me it is impossible to look up a customers order that was placed on IHOP.com, he wouldn't even look up the receipt number. I am disgusted and the funny thing is I WAS NOT THE ONE WHO ORDERED FROM HERE SOMEONE SCAMMED ME. I wouldn't dare go here and any family I have there will not be stepping FOOT in that store.

As soon as you walk in the loud door slams behind you, locking you in and capturing your soul. Empty, vacant tables await, staring you down from afar as you wait for thirty minutes to be seated. As you sit down you are accompanied by fingerprints on the glass left behind by pedestrians past warning you to leave immediately. You can see the hope leave the servers eyes as they deliver you your pancakes. If you are not a one republic fan, please do not invest your time into this establishment. The hOppy hour cocktails considered of almost 4 dollar apple and orange juices that tasted like wood surface cleaner. As you leave, you will feel horrible survivors guilt for leaving the serve and wait staff to live another day inside the building. Twenty minutes have passed since I have left the Poughkeepsie IHOP and I forgot what it feels like to feel joy. I think that my mind and spirit were left under my hash brown plate. BUT SHOUTOUT TO MY MAIN GIRL BRIANNA THO SHE WAS AN AMAZING SERVER LOVE HER

Long, long wait (30 minutes) to be seated with over two-thirds of the restaurant's tables being open. Only one-third of the restaurant is open due to not enough servers. Soo many people decide to not wait 30 minutes for a table. Really IHOP...is this the new you?!
