DISGUSTING! NO CONCERNS FOR COVID!! NO MANAGEMENT EVER!
They were not calling out names for orders, they were just leaving the drinks out for random people to grab and check themselves. When I found my drink I noticed it was the one that was touched by several other strangers. I asked for a new lid and the employee looked at me crazy. After I left I noticed they also made my drink wrong. I'm so done with this location.

The best staff I've ever met. So personable! I've ordered numerous types of drinks from this particular one and they come out flawlessly!

If you like waiting at least 30 minutes longer than the time indicated on the app, then definitely visit this store. It takes them at least 30 minutes extra to get your coffee out (and this is the last 3 visits, not just once). NEVER coming back to a place I used to visit at least 3 times a week. Customer service is 0 help as well.

Nice and quiet place to have a cup of coffee with the usual great Starbucks quality and service.
It opens at 5:30 for the early birds.
It has proximity to colleges and Hudson boathouses. Parking can get somewhat challenging during the afternoon hours, mostly due to many college students working on their laptops.

I'm pleased with the customer service and the food and drinks were amazing, I got a chocolate croissant and a cotton candy frappucino and my step dad got coffee. We are both very satisfied.

I did a mobile order and went to pick up on a Saturday morning. It was packed with college girls inside with no masks standing shoulder to shoulder with more waiting to pick up their drink. Why put a mask reminder on Google listing if you’re going to make it a free for all? I had to wait extra 15 min and for my coffee to get watered down with melting ice until it felt safe enough to pick up the drink. No wonder we’re still dealing with Covid spreading.

Staff is so nice and friendly. They are always super welcoming and kind. The drinks are always really good and there never is a long wait time. Even when the place is busy they are able to get drinks out very fast. I have never waited for more than 5 minutes and that was when they were very busy. The parking lot is not the best.
