Subway

Employees here suck, seem irritated when I asked for anything. Also, no one here seems like they know how to put a sandwich together at all or wrap a foot long, seems really hard for them. (Very slow at making sandwich’s every time I was in here. One time Owner was in and made the best sandwich but good luck catching him)

I have gotten sandwiches from this store many times. One was decent. I worked for Subway for over two and a half years. It's rare when I deal with an actual sandwich artist. I had my wife go buy me a meatball sandwich. I had been craving one of those for a long time. She brings me the sandwich, and it is cold. Who serves cold meatball sandwiches? I don't mind eating them cold, but nobody should serve them cold.

This subway is absolutely terrible. First of all it is very dirty and unsanitary. Needs to learn how to train employees. Manager here is very rude and loud. She is very rude to employees. Looks like she may be on drugs with how loud and unprofessional she acts and looks. I have never been so uncomfortable in a store. I was just trying to order my sandwich and she was just screaming at me pushing me to buy unnecessary items. Would not recommend unless you want to get screamed at.

I've been a Subway customer for well over 20 years, all over the country. I just spent 35 minutes in line, with only 3 people in front of me. The poor guy making the sandwiches was by himself. Now, this was at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday! Nice management skill, leaving your slowest employee by himself at lunch time. He was polite, just slow. When I did get the sandwich, the bread was stale. Maybe, if he wasn't by himself, it wouldn't have been stale, ya think? I asked him where his help was, and he said "they were here, but they left". Helluva way to run a business. I won't be back.

If I could give zero I would! The staff seems to be clueless an slow. It took 30 mins to make 2 sandwiches then no cookies but whatever I was happy to leave. But then they were out of straws so it made my whole trip irratating. An I know everyone has bad days but this subway seems to always be horrible every time. I'm done giving it a chance of rather go to liberty lake subway
