Fantastic store that offers the most outstanding customer service and wide range of quality products. Excellent warranties offered with goods, especially televisions in which I have bought my previous two from JL. I love the atmosphere, the friendliness and professionalism of staff, and the product displays. I enjoy shopping here and buying gifts for all occasions knowing I’ll receive high levels of support from staff, great products, and amazing brands to choose from. I am always acknowledged, treated kindly and respectfully, which is more so than some competitors. It is such a shame that we are losing this store in July as it has given so much to our community and will never be replaced. I hope the staff are taken care of and provided opportunities to continue working within the group locally. This store is the greatest in the high street and will be sorely missed.

Always enjoy shopping in any John Lewis store. Southampton yesterday and Southsea today. Wonderful to still find a haberdashery dept. where I bought super buttons to personalise a new coat! Assistance available very quickly and also served quickly and with courtesy. Despite carrying a range of up to the minute stock, there is an old world charm and civil atmosphere in their stores which I find very attractive and in short supply elsewhere. Thank you John Lewis.

Love this Branch of John Lewis, I can spend hours wandering each of the floors browsing the always high quality products from clothes to kitchen utensils and all the latest electricals all backed up by great customer service and warranties. I would happily buy everything for my home and wardrobe here.

The staff cannot do enough for you. They don't stand over you, but give you time & space to peruse, then they offer help. [Made me buy more.]Brilliant. As usual cafe staff are amazing too. I was having a bit of difficulty parking myself + another lovely customer whizzed over offering help. Just a normal great day in Southsea's Knight & Lee.

John Lewis Knight and Lee Southsea has always delivered excellent service with trained informed staff and quality products. The store is not overwhelming, it has dignity that is lost in huge stores. This store is the essence of Palmerston Road Southsea...............I love shopping at John Lewis Southsea
