Every time I go the staff are always so friendly and make it a really nice place to visit. They take great care in their customers they once offered me a sweet treat because my toastie took a little longer than expected. A very nice Costa to grab a coffee from.

A handy Costa right next to Portsmouth and Southsea station to get a quick coffee fix before getting a train. The establishment is pretty big inside considering it looks smaller outside. I experienced a quick, friendly service when ordering and found a table quite easily. Due to the location of this Costa, I would imagine it gets very busy at peak times but that wasn't the case when I went in. Overall one of the better Costa coffee shops in Portsmouth.

Costa serve their coffees with plant milk with no additional charge - Feel grateful for that!! Always pop in for a little cortado in here, I like the friendly skillful staff, not as busy as another Costa in Commercial Road - which gives you a chill environment! Keep up.
