Lovely food , friendly staff. Unfortunately, the place is starting to look quite tired. The seats are ripped, and the tables are sticky. Needs updating.

Staff are outstanding here, always happy, hard working and happy to help!
The store however is now showing a lot of wear and tear, several seats are completely unusable and just general age. The 'dine' in fee needs to fund more frequent cleans around the cafe/store as it is often dirty probably not enough staff recruited as the staff always work hard.

Very standard pret a manger in a great spot. I arrived after the lunch rush and they were doing a great job rotating stock. They are good at this.

Has got very expensive but nice fresh food. Shame coffee is only served in cardboard cups even if you dine in.

I have read a few reviews and do not agree with some. We visited Portsmouth last Thursday, 5th July, on a day out, and 1st stop was to get a drink and a bite to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee was excellent, as was the sandwich - thanks

As a visiting Australian and vegan I hadn't been to Pret before and was pleasantly surprised by the range of vegan options. Well played Pret A Manger!
