Subway

I’ve lived coast to coast and THIS Subway location is hands down, THE BEST Subway I have ever been to. EVER. I used to work for the franchise years ago. Always prompt service. Friendly employees. They make your sandwich respectfully (the veggies/meat/sauce aren’t falling out after.) They don’t make your food carelessly. I love this place!

My aunt has ordered here twice. both times things were missing. The first time we got a chicken sandwich with NO chicken. It’s in the name. We went back and they ended up fixing that.The second time we paid extra for bacon on all the sandwiches. None of them had any. I understand sometimes people forget if they are in a rush but please try to pay a bit more attention.

After posting a reveiw about my extremely long service the owner replied with a comment about trolling ive been to many subway locations this took the longest then instead of trying to improve on quality they blame the ones that had a bad experience. Revision: I originally reviewed this Subway as a 1 star due to the previous managements reaction to my experience. I have now changed my rating to a 3 star solely on the fact that the current management reached out to rectify the situation showing that the new management cares about customer experience. I am now looking forward to trying this Subway out again and increasing my rating.

Rudest employees out of all the subways in the Portland area. Was behind a elderly gentleman who had hard hearing and the employee was extremely rude because he couldn’t keep up with what she was asking and getting confused. No matter the quality of the food I wanted to walk out due to how she treated every customer... if you can’t smile and be happy at work then stay home and find another job. Will be going to other places for lunch now on.

This location on Brighton Ave I had not previously visited. We were coming in 30 mins b4 their close of day..we asked for 2 Veggie Italians only.We were told they had run out of all vegetables.We inevitability left with our hands empty, & as were stomachs. Avoid this location .This was a total atrocity... .
