Pizza Hut

A couple of days ago, I was craving pizza after work. I went to my Pizza Hut online account to see what I would really like, and share some with my roommate. One of the multiple items I found inlune was a $10.99 deal for a medium pizza, thin crust, plus three toppings (my choice: pepperoni, fresh mushrooms, green peppers). I placed the order at the Pizza Hut location on 181st Street, nearby my house. The order was ready in less that 20 minutes. Boy, did I select the perfect pizza! Honestly, I hadn't enjoyed such a great pizza in a long time, right at the perfect time. Very friendly, hard working staff, too.

Ordered a stuffed crust Pepperoni Lovers pizza, but didn't get the stuffed crust and gave me hot peppers and marinara sauce instead of the extra pepperoni and Creamy Parmesan sauce while hassling me for a tip and had me sign someone else's receipt, like my last name is common and easy to confuse with someone else's. Waited 2.5 hours for food only to be told 'looks like your order was voided'. Was told I wouldnt be charged initially since it was 'voided by the computer accidentally' but I was (and refunded). The manager did basically nothing to try and fix the issue aside from saying 'we could process your order again nut itll be another 45 mins for delivery'. No discount, no freebie, nothing except a sorry. Likely not ordering from pizza hut anymore, its not worth the wait.

The Staff Are Super Nice, Clearly Hard Working And They Always Seem Busy When I Come In. The Cutie Pie Manager That Works The Weekends Is Almost The Only Reason I Come In Other Then The Delicious Pizza W/ The Stuffed Crust 🤤 5 Stars All Day In My Book! Super Friendly Manager And Is Very Helpful With Getting The Best Deal! He Noticed My Order Was Under The Tastemaker Coupon But It Wasn’t Applied, Without Me Even Knowing He Added The Coupon And Saving Me Money! 💰 I Had Enough Leftover To Grab One Of Their Yummy Triple Chocolate Chip Brownies! (Definitely Recommend Trying If You Haven’t Already)
