Great job by the young lady behind the counter. She was so pleasant and I could tell by watching her put together the other customers sandwiches that she was taking great care. Great job Port Washington Subway!

Inaccurate hours I went there Saturday morning 6/25/22 just before 8:30am nobody there lights off and the door locked I was also there the Sunday prior at 9:45am same issues

Need better customer service and training of employees. Does this store even have a manager? If so, you should stop by once in awhile. Every time we stop the employees are inexperienced and either mangle the bread or get confused how to make the sandwich. Yesterday we stood in front of the clerk for ten minutes before she would acknowledge us. Then she mumbled and refused to look us in the eye. She never said “hello”, “how can I help you” or “thank you”.

I work at this store, and understand why some people can be angry for us not having things. It's a great store, and always will be. these most recent reviews are due to our current lack of staffing. From a insider standpoint I can tell you things are going to change. You'll walk in this subway leaving refreshed and happy. My coworkers and I try our best to satisfy a lot of people. So far it's working. From the customer standpoint, I come here a lot even if I'm not working. Some places may be dirty, but those are the places no one looks (Still unexcusable). As for lack of product, we are under a slight time constraint at times leading us to disregard the preferences of the one person that orders a meatball or a teriyaki, for the many people that will order different, more popular subs. As for the soup, it is now a common place item, and availability varies from store to store. I have a lot of customers who know me either by name and/or appearance, and I do my best to keep them happy each time. If your reading this as a usual customer of mine, you can probably guess which one I am. I get usual customers for a reason, mainly for the sub, but also for the interaction and experience we hold together. I'm a community member just as y'all are, and if I haven't seen you here, I've most likely seen you else where, leading to a pragmatic interaction. All in all, your subs may not be perfect, and we may not have exactly what you want. What we do have is the ability to be human, to try and more often succeed to leave you, the customer, satisfied with your Subway Experience .

Disgusting and dirty everywhere! Trash on the floor, tables were dirty, out of chips, chip trays were dirty, all surfaces were dusty, they had no wraps, no gluten free bread, out of steak meat, 2 soggy looking cookies left, nothing was wiped down in their work area. They were out of lettuce and instead of replacing the container with a clean one he refilled the old one. Bread looks under cooked. Definitely will not be back to this location!! It needs to be shut down.

Arrived at 6:53pm on a Sunday Evening and there was one man in front me ordering. I proceeded to wait for him to finish. After he finished it was 6:58. The girl proceeded to tell me they are only open till 7 and she can’t take any orders after 7. Even though it says on the door open till 9. Absolute lack of customer service skills. And they want 15 an hour? Hahaha

They never have enough bread, or fresh vegetables to serve. One time they had no lettuce and had to borrow some from another store. Half the time they don't even have soup made for the day. So today I go in and ask for a meatball sub, which this establishment doesn't serve anymore. What do you mean you don't sell the original meatball sub anymore? Ok, then I'll have a terraki sub. Oh we don't have that one anymore either. Okay, I'll just take my business to Saukville. So then I drove all the way over there and got my soup and sub and am happy. Port needs new management or something. Sad I can't just go to the one in town without having to drive further away. Never had any issues with Saukville.

Absolutely disgusting how dirty it is inside. Clearly management has zero pride in this store. Trash everywhere, no eggs, no Mayo. I stopped to order a 6 ft party sub but I will gladly take my money elsewhere. Will not be back, can’t believe how gross this place is now, it once was a very clean place.
