Kfc

While the entree was good the fries which we ordered to be fresh were very very hot old fries. Pretty hard & chewy. This KFC is not our regular restaurant which has not disappointed but unfortunately this one did. Different attitude towards their customers & the quality of food served. As people might say, hey, it's fast food what do you expect. I'm sure Col. Sanders, John Y. Brown & Dave Thomas (the founder of Wendy's) had the same attitude.

Ordered online you'd think you could give easier feedback online but can't even do a standard survey because I ordered online. Didn't give my free sandwich that I properly ordered didn't put the right sauce on my sandwich didn't give the cookie for the meal didn't give all the sauces paid for the fries were only like 75 percent full and the pop was watery. On top of all this it took over thirty minutes from when the app said it would take to be ready. Between driving up there and home and waiting in the lot it had been over an hour and I didn't want to call to have to go spend another hour of my day

How do they stay in business with such horrible service. We waited a full 30 minutes past the pick up time given. When we finally received our order it was missing 2 sodas, 2 cookies, and the bbq and ranch we requested. The order also did not have any plastic ware or napkins. I will say the food itself was good, but not good enough to excuse such poor service. KFC is on our do not order list now. 24th street Port Huron location.

Messed up my order we ordered 3 pot pie fill ups and a 3 piece dark meat meal didn't get the cookies that come with the meal's no straws was given a 2 piece meal ordered the 3 piece dark meat gas to high to go after the stuff they messed up on remodeling restaurant drive thru only and had it a maze to use drive thru can hardly hear the person running drive thru
