My boyfriend just got home with our food, not only did they mess up our hole order again, (this is not the fist time) and we've never complained about it before, but I just found, sand and a stone in my food, like they dropped it on the floor and dusted it off! I will no longer be going to this Taco Bell! This is really disgusting!🤮 🤮Just a for warning⛔‼️‼️‼️

Horrible service. Sat in line for 35 minutes for a couple softshell tacos just to be told that they don’t accept credit cards. Luckily I had cash on me and they still screwed up my order and put lettuce on my tacos when I told him not to

They apparently don't feel the need to ever get orders right. None of the people that come in and out of this restaurant can read it seems. They just give out orders when they can't fulfill the entire thing and expect it to be okay. Gave me a full order, get home, nothing has lettuce on it. Why? Because they have none and chose not to tell anyone as they were ordering.

Food sloppy cold and thrown into bag not to mention made wrong😡 7/17/21 we ordered 13 items received someones else order with 3 items that food was disgusting and sloppy cold n jus gross... Y'all need to get it together or jus stop night shift its never right or good food... Reordered from MARYSVILLE location n it was perfect....very disappointed at South End taco bell!!

💥Food was not properly bagged as food was missing from order. 💥Beans and all the food seemed very dried out and old on every visit. 💥Two separate visits my family became ill sickened causing vomiting after eating this locations food. 💥Will not return back to this location period until corporate does something in regards to their food being handled at this business.

Worst taco bell in the state of Michigan hands down. Can't get a single order right! Something as simple as a 5 layer supreme. Not even a fricken 5 layer let alone supreme. I got a 3 layer taco is what I got idk who's wrapping the burritos Edwards scissors hands?!?!??

Seriously 45 minutes to wait in a drive through while the window attendant is socializing with someone he’s waiting on. Franchise should be ashamed of themselves. No excuse for this….ever. Customer Service Not that either
